I’d love to say I got through tough times by meditating and pushing harder at the gym after hours, but really, I just stuffed my face.Ī ton of meetings are held at my office, with bagels, sandwiches, and pastries often left over. Let me back up a bit: Looking for a challenge, I had started a job that promised to put all my experience to the test. Last year I learned something terrible about myself: I’m a stress eater.
